A replacement linen liner for our cane bread proving baskets/bannetons.
Made from 100% natural linen, they will fit beautifully snug inside your existing Sourdough Mate cane baskets. Please purchase your linen that corresponds with your basket size.
Unfortunately these liners do not fit our wood pulp bannetons, however we are working to get these available shortly.
If you’re currently not using our baskets, we recommend going slightly bigger, at a minimum of 0.5 - 1cm than the internal measurements of your baskets to ensure it fits.

Small Round: 18cm diametre x 8cm deep internal
Medium Round: 20.5cm diametre x 8cm deep internal
Large Round: 22.5cm diametre x 8cm deep internal

Small Oval: 19.5cm length x 13.5cm width x 8.5cm height
Medium Oval: 24.5cm length x 13.5cm width x 8.5cm height internal

Use & Care
Linen liners can be removed and washed by hand with lukewarm water & a mild soap. Do not tumble dry or machine wash.

The liner for my bread basket, and bread proving basket itself, have made my first few loaves of sourdough (ever!) an absolute success. Super easy to clean and when dusted with flour I haven't had any issues with my dough sticking to the liner. 5/5 would recommend
