I have so enjoyed making and then eating the delicious GF loaves from the GF Gift Pack given to to me by my daughter and son-in-law at Christmas. So much yummier than supermarket bread.

I am really impressed with the quality of the kit and have just baked my first loaf. Needs a little tweaking but I’m quite happy with the sourdough, both fresh and toasted.

These gloves are well made and allow safe, non slip handling of the Dutch oven/casserole dish straight from the oven with minimal heat transfer (cooking at 250C).
Large sizing is good for male hands and the length of the glove protects the forearms, dexterity is also good.
Happy with this product and would recommend.

I’ve tried to get into sourdough before but never followed through and never gotten to the actual making a loaf part. With sourdough mate I got there after just a day haha. Fab instructions and process, all the equipment I needed, and so I felt ready and empowered, as cheesy as that sounds.

This bread knife looks beautiful and is razor sharp with some flexibility. It is the perfect bread knife.

I admit that it was a bit of an impulse purchase for me. I recall reading that it was the recommended bread knife on one of those foodie websites (may have been Epicure or Saveur or something). Anyway, it was a purchase that I am extremely glad to have made. Worth every penny!
