So good! Im all about keeping it simple. This is great. No liner needed, only a tiny sprinkling of rice flour. My loafs always turn out great!

LOVE this gluten free flour. I’ve made some scrolls, banana bread and naan bread using this flour so far and everything taste SO SO good and light and fluffy (very very similar to regular flour). I will be purchasing again 100%.
