Simply add water & our White Gluten-Free Bread Flour, wait 24-42 hours and start using your active starter anywhere a sourdough starter is required.

Note: Brown rice flour can be used to feed the starter, however for best results, please feed with our White Gluten-Free Bread Flour or purchase our Complete Gluten-Free Sourdough Kits for all the flour & tools to bake sourdough at home.
