High quality, thick-walled & durable they help maintain a consistent temperature & facilitate an easy release of dough.
Please note: variations in wood, natural pigments, colour & consistency throughout each basket is perfectly normal & expected.

The Large Oval Wood Pulp Banneton is an amazing product as it allows me to prove my Sourdough without using a tea towel liner, and the waffle texture of the banneton gives of a nice texture on the Sourdough. The only reason why I didn’t rate it 5 Stars was the Quality. The Quality was way below average, as when I use my Banneton Cleaning Brush it chips away the wood pulp and over time it will be unusable. Sourdough Mate is a great company with fast shipping and competitive prices. Don’t waste your time and money on a fabric liner on a cane banneton
Get a Wood Pulp Banneton Instead as the Sourdough Proves a lot better.
